Tell us about yourself and your company.
I’m David Heacock, founder and CEO of Filterbuy. About a decade ago, I bought a struggling family business in my hometown of Talladega, Alabama, and rebuilt it into one of the largest direct-to-consumer air filter companies in the country. We manufacture 100 percent of our filters in the United States, employ more than 800 people, and serve customers nationwide across residential, commercial, and retail. The first chapter of our journey was focused on building the leading pleated air filter brand. The next chapter is about building the world’s leading indoor air quality company by expanding our product lines, growing our B2B footprint, and scaling our HVAC services division throughout Florida and beyond.
How do you differentiate your agency and retain clients?
